The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective, and it gave birth to a Global Network of CrossFit affiliates /practitioners that number over 13,000. Harnessing the natural camera, competition and fun of sport or game yields and intensity that cannot be matched by other means.

Since 2004, I have been developing strategies to assist children wit autism through personalized, one-on-one swim and safety instruction. Over the years, many families with children affected by autism have benefitted tremendously as a result of our experience and effective teacing strategies.
Our programming is not one-size-fits-all; we are committed to helping you build a system that works best for you. What differentiates our comany from the rest, is that we provide unmatched accessibility to all of our information and resources, and connect you to people doing similar work. While we offer an abundance of valuable information, you can do whatever you want with it and apply it any way you see fit.
It doesn’t take years of training to work wit kids with autism-it takes practice. We are building a global community of practice around autism-specific swim and water-safety instruction with the hope to make it accessible everywhere and to everyone. In a world of uncertainty and unanswered questions, I like to instead focus on the journey of each individual family that has found success in our teaching methods. With Autism Swim Network, everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow through our programming and collective knowledge.
